Our refer-a-friend program is designed to reward our customers for their loyalty and support. We encourage you to share your unique referral code with your friends, family members, and neighbors who are also pet owners and could use our services. However, please note that referrals cannot be made in the same household.

To be eligible for the referral credit, the referred customer must be a new customer and cannot have used our services in the past. The referred customer must also use the unique referral code provided by the referring customer at the time of sign up. Referral credits are only valid for pooper-scooper services and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Referral credits will be applied to the customer’s account once the referred customer has completed their first service. The referral credit will be applied to both the referring customer’s account and the referred customer’s account.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the refer-a-friend program at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to disqualify any referrals that we deem fraudulent or suspicious.
