February marked our 11th year in business, and we truly appreciate every customer who has trusted us to care for their yard over the years.
The reality is that the cost of doing business today is very different than it was 11 years ago. To continue providing reliable service and supporting our employees while maintaining the quality of service you expect, we have made some modest pricing adjustments.
Since starting Poo SUX in 2015, this is only the third pricing adjustment we have made. Many of our customers have been with us for years, and we don’t take that loyalty for granted.
These updated rates will first appear on your July 15, 2026 statement. Below are the new per visit prices:

Initial Cleanup – $55/30 min
Standard Odor Control
Eliminate yard odors – $15
Premium Odor Control
Double coverage for larger yard – $25
We are also excited to share that we have been working on a new and improved customer website and portal launching soon. More information will be released later on that, but it will allow you to view and manage your account, services, scheduling, and billing online much more easily. It will also allow you to add details about your dogs so if we spot them in the yard we can identify them by name.
My wife Abby and I are dog owners ourselves. We have three dogs and understand firsthand how important our pets are to our families. We remain committed to providing dependable service while continuing to invest in our employees, equipment, and overall customer experience.
We have also been training new techs and they have been working on getting acquainted with parts of the properties that need more attention. If you notice an area of your yard being consistently missed, or if there are notes or special instructions we should add to your account, please reply to this email or reach out to me directly. We want to make sure we continue delivering the level of service you expect.
